With the cost of fabric… Quilting can be an expensive hobby! Learn how to shop at Thrift Stores to up-cycle fabric. You’ll learn everything you need to know to make a cozy couch throw. After this class, you won’t look at old clothing the same again… it’ll all be potential quilt material! This class is great for beginner sewists and seasoned quilters alike. Previous students completed an entire quilt costing them on average $40!
Class includes:
Use of sewing machines (or bring your own)
Use of all project materials (rulers/rotary cutters/mats)
Full in-person demonstrations
Small class sizes so I can assist as needed
I’ll send out information on how to shop (at the Thrift Store or from your closet) prior to the first class.
